What to bring?
For pilates & yoga
A large beach size towel , 1  small towel  and an extra pair of dry socks

Please refrain  from wearing perfume & cologne the day of your class
No outdoor shoes allowed in studio
Indoor  sneakers / dance sneakers

Must call to  drop in, register, confirm times
 or request changes(personal training in time slot)
